Kale is a vegetable that is becoming very popular but still not everyone knows its excellent nutritional benefits. Popeye perhaps did not know kale´s excellent benefits and therefore was not encouraged to modify his original recipe. Kale, however, is a delicious green vegetable high in calcium, vitamin B6, A, C, K and also is a good source of copper, potassium, iron, manganese, and phosphorus.
Here are two easy recipes to fit your mood, creating a healthy addition to your appetizer menu.
